Nothing changes without you
When it can help, the assistant shows a card with exactly what will happen. Press Confirm and it runs; press Cancel and nothing changes.

Rain out a day and spread the visits over the next days with room, keeping each property’s jobs together and driving to a minimum. Customers are told as usual.

Things you can hand it
Each of these is shown as a card first, with the jobs, customers and amounts it will touch. It uses the same steps as the buttons in the app, so customers get the same emails they would if you did it yourself.
- Rain out a day, move or skip visits, and balance the work between crews

Safe for your team and your customers
The assistant can only see and do what the person asking is allowed to. A crew login sees its own stops and clock, nothing about prices. It never texts customers, never sends a reply on its own, and never makes up chemical rates: it points to the label and your own product list.
On when you want it, out of the way when you don’t
The owner or an admin can switch the assistant off for the whole business or for crew logins. Anyone who would rather not see the Ask button can hide it for themselves from their account menu.
Questions
Does the assistant cost extra?
No. It comes with Starter, Pro and Business, with a monthly number of questions shared by the team. Confirming a change does not count as a question.
Can it change things without asking?
No. It can look things up on its own, but every change is shown as a card and only runs when the person who asked presses Confirm.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Questions only go to AI providers that do not keep or train on the data they are sent, and the assistant only reads the records of the business you are signed in to.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Switch it off in Settings for the whole business or for crew logins, or hide the Ask button just for yourself.
