Set the chemicals each service uses once. On the job, the crew sees the planned amounts for that lawn and finishes the job, and the record is kept: product, rate, area, applicator, license and the weather.
- Planned amounts per lawn: Totals worked out from the label rate and the lawn size, changed in a tap when the crew used more or less.
- Everything states ask for: EPA and state registration numbers, active ingredients, rates, area, target, method, applicator and license.
- Weather on the record: Temperature, humidity, wind and rain from the nearest station, at start and at finish.

A quote form that measures the lawn before you see the request
