What you get
Snow & ice
Run every storm from one screen
When the forecast reaches your trigger depth, GroundsQuote warns you. Start the storm and every snow job is put on its crew’s day in priority order, and customers are told to move their cars.
- Forecast alerts: An email when the snow forecast for your area reaches the lowest trigger depth in the next 48 hours.
- Start the storm: Snow jobs reached by the forecast depth go out in priority order per crew. Or let storms start automatically.
- Heads-up to customers: A storm notice by email and text, in your wording or ours, and a “called off” notice if it fizzles.
Invoicing & payments
Invoices that build themselves from finished work
Every visit your crews finish is ready to bill. Invoice per visit or once a month, review the drafts or send them automatically, and let customers pay online or on autopay.
- From visits to invoices: Per visit, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, in arrears for the visits done. Every morning, an hour after each job, or when you press the button.
- Paid online: Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer on a Stripe-hosted page. Payouts go straight to your own Stripe account.
- Autopay: Customers save a card or bank account and future invoices are charged when they are sent.
Crew app
Everything the crew needs, nothing they don’t
Crews open My schedule on their phone and see the next stop with big Navigate and Call buttons, the gate code and the dog’s name. One tap for On my way, Start job and Finish job. No prices, ever.
- The next stop, front and center: Address, service, the property’s crew notes and the job’s notes, with Navigate into the phone’s maps app.
- Photos and checklists: Before and after photos from the camera, a checklist per service, a note for the customer. You can require photos to finish a job.
- “Done today” emails: Finishing a job emails the customer with the crew’s note and photos. Spanish notes are translated to English for the customer.
Customer portal
A self-service page that saves you the phone calls
Customers sign in with a link from their email, no password, and see their quotes, bills, upcoming visits and the crew’s notes, all in your brand.
- Quotes and bills in one place: Answer a quote, see what is owed and pay it, or set up autopay.
- Upcoming visits: The next visits with arrival windows, and done visits with the crew’s note.
- Skip, reschedule or pause: Customers ask, you approve from the schedule, and they are told the answer.
Questions
Can I run snow and lawn care in the same account?
