A customer asks for a quote
Put Instant Quote on your website or share its link. The customer enters their address, GroundsQuote traces the property and measures the lawn, and they choose services and send the request. Requests by phone or email go in from the dashboard with the same measuring tools.

The job goes on the schedule
An accepted quote becomes a job waiting to be scheduled, with the customer’s preferred days. Choose the crew and the start date, or let GroundsQuote pick the best day. Recurring visits fill in for the season, routes are ordered by driving time, and a rained-out day can be moved to the next open days in a few taps.

Your crews
Crews work from their phones
Each crew opens its day on the phone: stops in route order, gate codes and notes, Navigate and Call, but no prices. They tap On the way, Start and Finish, take before and after photos and clock in and out. The customer gets a note when the work is done.

Invoice and get paid
Finished visits are ready to invoice per visit or by the month. Review the drafts and send them, or let them go out on their own. Customers pay by card or bank from the invoice, or are charged automatically with autopay, and overdue invoices get reminders.

Questions about the process
How accurate is the lawn measurement?
The boundary follows the parcel lines shown on the map and the building footprints are subtracted, which is close enough to quote from. It can differ from a surveyed or walked measurement, so check unusual lots. Any outline can be adjusted in seconds with the drawing tools before the quote goes out.
Can I quote without the customer using Instant Quote?
Yes. Enter a phone or email lead yourself from the dashboard using the same address search and measuring tools, then create and send the quote as usual.
Do I have to use every step?
No. Many companies start with quotes only and add the schedule, the crew app or invoicing later. Each part works on its own, and anything you already use, such as QuickBooks, keeps working beside it.
How long does setup take?
You can be taking requests the same day: enter your services and rates, then paste the embed snippet or share your Instant Quote link. There is nothing to install.
What does the customer need?
Only a browser. Instant Quote, the quote page and the invoice page work on phones and computers, with no account or app.
