Questions about plans and billing
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at sign-up so your widget keeps taking requests without interruption when the trial ends, and you are not charged until then. Cancel from your Billing page at any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
Are there per-lead or per-quote fees?
No. Plans are a flat monthly or yearly price. Starter includes up to 50 requests a month; Pro and Business are unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your Billing page; changes are prorated by Stripe. Team seats follow the plan: 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Business.
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly plans are priced at ten months for twelve, so you get two months free: Starter $290, Pro $790, Business $1,490 a year.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page in your dashboard, in a couple of clicks. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do I need a Google Maps account or any other subscription?
No. Mapping, measurement, email delivery and quote PDFs are included in every plan.
