Honest with your callers

It says it is the company’s AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. It never quotes prices for new work, promises a date, changes a visit itself, gives chemical or safety advice, or takes card numbers: those are left to your team. Add your own greeting and what callers should know, such as your hours or service area.

Costs you can predict

Each plan includes its minutes and your number. Calls are counted to the minute and capped at 10 minutes each. You get an email at 80% of your minutes and when extra minutes start, and once your monthly limit on extra minutes is reached it only takes a name, number and short message until the month ends.

Questions

Do I have to change my business number?

No. Keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist number: all calls, or only the ones you don’t answer. The setup page has the codes for AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

Does it work on the Free plan?

Yes. The receptionist is an add-on on its own subscription, so it works with any plan, Free included.

What happens if I cancel?

It answers until the end of the month you paid for. We keep your number for 30 days after that in case you come back.

Can it tell customers when the crew is coming or what they owe?

Yes, for customers calling from the phone number on their record, once they say the street address of their property. It gives their next visits, their balance and due dates, can email their invoices again, and passes on a request to skip or move a visit for you to approve. You can turn this off.

Does it speak Spanish?

Not yet. It answers in English.
